Perfect pasta and pizza flour
To save significantly I buy all my flour in bulk and keep it frozen. The 2 pound bags of Spicy World Semolina are conveniently sized. I use the flour for pasta, but also for half of my pizza dough mix (with finer ground standard high gluten flour). And of course the hot pizza stone gets a sprinkling of the Semolina just before the pizza goes into the oven. I live rurally and can only get Semolina in 1 pound boxes locally (and at 3-4 times the price of this great Amazon deal).

More Basbusa PLEEZ!
Okay so I have not delved into pasta maKing but this semolina makes an awesome basbusa, which is a middle eastern sweet made very simply with eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt or kushta cream,baking powder, shredded coconut, and of course semolina. Using this brand I always get compliments, my kids love it, and it's perfect every single time. I added some ginger and lemon extract to change things up a bit and used Meyers lemons to make the very simple syrup that is poured atop.Conveniently sized and packaged and the price is terrific. SIMPLY DELICIOUS-THANKS SO MUCH!!

Semolina flour
It's difficult finding Semolina flour in a grocery store. We use it for pizza dough, pasta flour and bread. The flour is packaged in smaller amounts. For longl term storage we use our vacuum sealer to store it. This flour is great when only Semolina flour will do in the recipe. Great buy.

Great For Homemade Pasta
I make homemade pasta every Sunday and I recently gave Bellino Semolina a try. I was really impressed with Bellino's Semolina flour when making linguini. Normally when making pasta with a hand crank roller and cutter I need to use half Semolina and half white flour but with Bellino I was able to skip the white flour all together. It's easy to work with, has a great consistency and has a great taste. I highly recommend this product. The ingredients I use for my homemade pasta is one bag of Bellino's Semolina flour, 4 extra large eggs, 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Pasta to die for!
I've been making my own pasta now for 2 years and thought I'd give this semolina a try. While I was a bit skeptical going in, I was hugely impressed with the results. My 12 year old daughter who 'lives by pasta' says it's the best...and actually, so do I. I'm disappointed to find it's no longer available on Amazon but I wish you'd reconsider and bring it back!

it works
this stuff looks like fine grits but it works, it totally smoothes out when the water, egg, ex. is added to make pasta. each bag has about 2 and 3/4's cup of the flour. prepared with the one egg one cup and splash of water, it works great and makes a smooth pasta that is exactuly like store bought plain pasta; it is indistinguishable to me, aside from the slightly ill regular shaped noodles b/c i rolled it out with a rolling pin and hand cut.advantages; the cheapest stuff i could find. 1.50 off+ free shipping for sighing up for auto send.disadvantages; you need to order a lot even to "play" just a little, because the bags are small. there is not a recipe for pasta on the package. The price it still higher then if you bought already made pasta. currently you have to buy 4 bags at a time. one cup recipe makes about three large hand fulls of flat cut pasta. so one bag makes a little more the say 8 large "side servings".

Makes great bread

This is the only brand of flour I use for my pasta, and it comes out perfect every time. It's pasta, so there's not much more to say than that... I like the smaller bags, because I can keep extras in my freezer without worrying about them going bad.
