An economical, efficient, comfortable, overall GREAT Gas Mask!
Allow me to start off by saying that I absolutely love this mask. I have really ZERO COMPLAINTS about it. There are a few things that may bother others slightly, but not me. Nothing worth worrying about if you are ever in a situation where you need to use it. I will break my review down into categories:-FIT/SEAL- 5/5This mask fits very well to various adult head sizes. I have tried it on myself and several others. Everyone who tried it said it fit perfectly and had no complaints. This is due to the elastic straps that are used to tighten the mask. They are very easy to adjust while wearing and will not loosen while worn. It creates an airtight seal no matter if you are clean shaven or have facial hair. An easy way to test this for yourself is to put it on, adjust it to fit snugly, then cup your hand on the part where the filter attaches. NBC Mask
This thing is wonderful! it is very comfortable, and it separates your mouth from your eyes so the lenses don't fog up. Not heavy on the head at all, and it has great visibility! After awhile you forget it is on.Very easy to breath in.Would highly recommend.btw it has a canteen connector for water intake on one side and comes with the tube.

This is the gas mask issued to Israeli civilians when threatened with chemical attack by Saddam's Iraq. It has full NBC (neuclear, biological, chemical) protection, and comes with one sealed filter. Mask is new, unissued cond. and has hydration port (comes with drinking straw but not canteen cap) Also good to have around for protection against smoke, paint spray, grinding dust, etc. These are the same masks that some were selling for $200-300 after 9/11. These authentic U.S. military surplus suits have a mix of dates from 1981 - 1988 The Mk.IIIB was designed to allow the trapped air to move around unlike most NBC suits of various other nations. The complete suit is constructed from two layers. The outer material is made of monacrylic fibers reinforced with polyamide fibers. It has a strong, hard-wearing outside surface. The monacrylic fibers ensure high fire-retardance. A silicone treatment is applied to make the garment shower-proof, and to permit rapid spreading of liquid chemicals, which in turn speeds up evaporation. This reduces the loading on the second layer, whose main function is to act as chemical barrier. The inner fabric is based on activated charcoal as a means of protection against toxic gases and vapors. Since this material alone is not sufficiently strong, it is bonded to non-woven fabric which is flame-retardant. A fluorocarbon finish is applied as an oil repellent, thus acting as a further barrier to toxic liquids. This combination of repellents represents a chemical barrier which is highly efficient, yet air-permeable and thus imposes low heat stress. This liquid control system formed by a wicking layer over an oil-repellent layer permits the incorporation off less charcoal than in other systems, which in turn results in a lighter garment and smaller package size. Good Mask that I hope I never need.
This mask is tight. I suppose it needs to be to keep the bad stuff out. Its kind a one size fits all since its made of really stretchy rubber. It takes a bit of practice learning how to breathe properly while wearing. REMEMBER to remove the stopper on the filter. You can't breathe at all if it is left in place. A cool feature is that when you breathe in the fresh air coming through the filter defogs your eye glass. Of course when you breathe out they have a tendency to fog up again. Plus it comes with a green military style carry bag.I feel safer owning a few of these and keep them in my garage. Hopefully me and my family won't ever need them. Pretty cheap insurance.

Russian GP-5 Gas Mask
I purchased this product from Wholesale Automotive Parts and Accessories, and the product arrived within two business days of the purchase. The product came exactly as described and I am very pleased with it. As for the mask itself, it is made out of a stretchy gray rubber material that's surprisingly comfortable to wear, and the brownish O.D haversack also seems useful for other thing besides carrying the Gas Mask. The lenses are very clear and allow for a wide field of view, and an interesting feature is that when you breathe in the mask defogs itself. One must know however that this is a novelty item, and should NEVER be relied upon in a real NBC situation. Another fact is that the filter does NOT contain asbestos, use of asbestos in gas masks ended after 1956 and these masks were not produced until 1970. Good quality, the delivery was fast, and it all came through as well, It looks just like the photo. Works well, just remember to take off the black patch so that the filter can actually work or at least take off the filter if you don't want to use it yet, easy to use as well, it slips on and sticks. 5/5 a cheap buy too, well worth it!

It is imported by Evirstar Defense Products and has a model number of GP-5.If comes with a new unopened filter and inserts for antifogging.It even comes with a very cool military looking bag with long strap. My daughter immediately discarded the mask and made off with the bag. Its definately cool if you are into that sort of thing.It is further designed so that when you inhale the filtered air clears your eye ports of moisture. Very smart.I have small adult and large adult, so please let me know which one you would like. You generally want this mask to fit tightly so as to exclude any outside air from entering around the rim. However they tend to fit smaller than they are. Im barely a large but still wear an extra large.To be more exact. keep in mind these masks are stretchy fit all rubber.approximately 63 cm is an adult small. (24.8') Plus or minus a bitapproximately 68 cm is an adult large (26.8') Plus or minus a bitapproximately 70 cm is considered an adult large (27.5') Plus or minus a bit.We dont have any adult medium. Also if you want to measure your head measure from under your chin to the highest spot on your head round. Disposable protection coveralls
Product arrived on time. Being "one size fits all" is an advantage. However, it does not include booties which would need to be purchased separately. Product seems adequate for painting, fiberglass installation, crawing under house during dry conditions. An Amazon Merchant offers a similiar suit which has booties CONNECTED SEAMLESSLY to the rest of the suit (Dupont Tyvek Coverall Suit 1414) which was better for crawling under a house in wet conditions, giving more protection from mold & insects.

One size does not fit all!!
I purchesed these sutes for a couple of men I hired to help insulate my crawel space. All suites were labeled X-lge., one size fits all. Well they did not two of the men were slender and six foot tall. They got into the suits all right. The third man was 5 foot 9 inches tall and around 210 lbs he got into the suit but when he ziped it up and bent over to pick up his tools the rear of the pants part spilt open.He said he was sorry but the suit waas too tight on him and he took it off and worked without it. the orther two men took theirs off around 11:00 am and said it was too hot in the suits.

Good Quality, OK Fit For Me - Recommended
These disposable coveralls are a decent value and better than expected quality. We picked up four of these since we are in the process of cleaning out our basement and attic, with both having a good bit of fiberglass insulation to be removed. Here are my observations:Pros -+ Fits Most Sizes; I am 5'10" at 210 pounds and these fit over my jeans and t-shirt, perhaps a little tight but not in danger of ripping with normal movement+ Good Protection; material protects my clothing well, has a hood and the elastic around the wrists and ankles makes a good seal+ Durable (within reason); can be worn multiple times, if care is taken removing it and without stressing the zipperCons -- Hot; material doesn't "breath", holding body heat and sweat moistureWe will likely be picking up more of these for future projects.Recommended!CFH

PRE-REVIEW: NIOSH Color Code
Looking at the photo, I can say that this is a Canister filter, the one used internationally with milimetricar screw (so it fits any NATO mask), and has the code A2B2P3: Acid Gases, Organic Vapors, Heavy and Light Particulates, resistant to biological and chemical attacks and for Alpha and Betha radioactive particles. I cannot see the brand, but usually made by american MSA or german DRÄGER are the best ones. And yes, it is the best price you can get. Appreciate if somebody can post more photos with close ups from the brand, codes and screw head system.

A little expensive but worth it
I can't tell you how good it works because I've never had to use it yet, but the one thing this item does bring is peace of mind. I'm adamant on the idea that you should be prepared for any possible situation; a biological attack, chemical spill, or nuclear threat are all possible scenarios in the future.Its a little expensive in my opinion, but that didn't matter to me much. Anyway, if you bought the Israeli gas masks be sure to get one or three of these NBC filters, the one your mask comes with is probably expired by now.

Perfect for public swimming pools
I used to get terrible fungal infections at my local swimming pool, but I've found that this Chemical Suit does a great job of keeping water away from my sensitive areas.It's also great when it's raining and you want your hands free, and for your feet not to get wet.One possible improvement would be a companion dog suit.
