I hit the gym hard when I first got these, real hard. Noticed a difference in my ability to attack the weights, spent more time at the gym on lifts in the past I would not finish because I just do not like. Works pretty good
This seems to work better for me then extra protein. I have been working out with free weights for about 4 months. The first two months, I was using whey protein, having extra meat, and eggs. I didnt see a lot of change in my muscles. I they were tone but not growing or better defined. I started using this product about 5 weeks ago and am finally seeing some improvements in my muscle size and definition of my muscles. I am not sure if taking protein with this product helps but this product made the difference for me. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the cost. Top to learn more
