Your do NOT have to buy any of those fancy and expensive N.O. boosters. Take two or three grams in the morning, three or four grams before and after training, a couple grams at night. Does the job
I bought this to get my blood pressure down. I was in the 140's to 150's systolically speaking, and now, with no lifestyle change besides adding this supplement, I'm usually at about 124 over 74. That's not amazing, but it's pretty good, and I don't have to take Diovan anymore. I expect to keep using this product indefinitely. It's an inexpensive way to help insure against having a stroke, aneurysm, or renal failure. And, yes, it's a big pill, but I haven't had any problem getting it down.

Great Deal!!
This stuff really gets the job done. I used to waste a lot of money on expensive nitric oxide pre-workout supplements. Look at the label on almost any of them and you will see the main ingredient is L-Arginine. I am using this to give me a boost for p90x. Did not notice much change for the first couple weeks, but since then there has been a noticeable improvement in endurance and muscle tone. I take 5 pills a day with gatorade for 4 weeks and then take 2 weeks off (mayo clinic website recommends 6 grams per day for four weeks to enhance athletic performance). I also have problems with circulation in my hands and feet and these pills have helped improve that as well. I have not experienced any bad side effects. Great value for the price

Great for Workout Endurance
I had originally bought a 10-packet box of a workout energy drink mix to try, not really knowing much about what was in it. Well, it seemed to work -- every time I drank the stuff before working out, I could easily get an extra 30 minutes in before I had to stop. So I looked at the contents, and among other things it contained 2500mg L-Arginine. After finishing the box and doing some research on L-Arginine, I searched around for a cheaper alternative source (the drink mix was almost $3 per single packet). This is where I landed, and I bought one of these 2-packs to try out. Doing the math in my head, the amount equivalent to the drink mix is about 30-35 cents, or less if you sign up for the auto-ship!! I now take 3000mg about 30 minutes before I start working out, and I can feel a significant difference. It seems to enhance muscle tone a little bit. Definatelly increases power. it is extremely obvious that it does relax blood vessels because my.. um.. thing.. becomes more vascular consistantally when taking this product. I googled this effect and found out than many male enhancment products contain around 2000 mg of L- arginine a day. I cut back to breaking one in half and taking one in the morning and one before i work out and it seems to have stoped. It is exactly what it's supposed to be. The container seems a bit oversized though. The powder is a lot cheaper than buying the capsules, and if you mix it with ovaltine it works well. A tablespoon or two will make you feel warm and 'pumped', along with generally seeming to help healing time. Everyone else here is right. This is a crazy good price but tastes totally awful... I was trying to think of the most potent flavor I could think of to mask the taste of this... Cranberry juice. This Arginine product by Jarrow works better than other Arginine products that I have tried. When it comes to reviewing supplements, it comes down to the trust with the manufacturer and the price. Since the apparent usefulness is mostly marginal or sometimes even non-existent, you've got to go with the manufacturer's reputation because of the lack of FDA supervision. Jarrow is among the better supplement companies based on the past history of random tests published. I had no adverse effects using this supplement. How much benefit did I get?
