A sniper worth getting...
The SVD Dragunov:Pro's:-for collectors this is a durable gun made of strong abs and metal(note, although the mag feels rather light-it IS metal.)-for the DMR/Sniper, in airsoft this gun with iron sights(fore sights can be adjusted for farther targets) alone can easily hit a person from 75-100 feet. I haven't been able to try farther because my yard is small...I don't have a scope mount for it, to be honest you may not need one, iron sights alone it can(as seen in other reviews) targets from 150-180 feet. With a scope somebody at combat city who owned one said he could shoot a duck at 300 feet-I would not doubt this.-the inside is easy to get to, if you want a solid sniper that is easy to fix...here you go-except for maybe the trigger-you probably would have to take things apart for that.Cons: unless you are a black ops player and are upset you can't run in gun with this like in the video game, there are no real cons.Lastly-you will hear on...

A must have for every S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fan
This is one of the most stunning pieces of military hardware one can get for under $300(considering that it is painfully incomplete without the authentic russian PSO-1 scope).Amazing for slaughtering paper targets (they don't stand a chance) and looksas if it came straight out of the Duty faction armory.Any self respecting S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fan should own one of those beauties.Authentic sling and carry bag can be obtained on eBay for peanuts.Cons: not suitable for a purist firearms collector.

Solid airsoft version
This is a solid reproduction. It is made from a fair amount of metal and ABS plastic. It shoots very straight and consistant. The spring is quite powerful and our only complaint is the cocking process for the next round is difficult. This is not for a rapid fire battle. As a stand off sniper airsoft gun it excells. For closer combat it is unwieldy. This is a very solid product.

a&k svd airsoft rifle
this is a very good gun for a relitivly cheap price. there is just one problem. when i recieved this gun, it came with a 60 round midcap magazine. after some research i reilzed that this was advertizing th old version of this gun. which sais 420 fps. i was astonished to find that this was the 2010 version shooting at about 500 fps accuratly. it came with a 60 round mid cap, but thats better because its silent, the bbs wont shake around. you would use a speed loder for this mag.pros:very sturdyfully highly detailed metal and nylon fiber very accurate (with heavyer bbs) but if all you have is .20s they work toogreat spring actiondecent mag capacitycons: slightly wobbly but all you need is electrical tapei know everyone saise this, but yes kind of hard to cock. but only for the first week and with wd40 its easyhop up can be a pain but you can get through itoverall this is in my opinion the best sniper for the...

Soviet Dragunov: Airsoft Gun
This is a great gun for sniping and price. For the FPS and cheep upgrade, 120-150 dollars is a really great deal. The bolt is reasonable for the FPS so no problem in pulling the bolt back. Not to heavy so you can go around moving to better positions while you snipe. The gun is easy to upgrade and add a scope. I believe it'll cost less than 50 dollars to add a scope and scope mount. If you are gonna use this gun as a primary in a tournament, you'll do fine. Just that I Believe that you might want to buy the extra mag if you're gonna do a bigger game than 6 x 6. Hope This Helped.

Read Me Before Buying!
If you are like me, you are always nervous when buying on amazon. Am i Getting Ripped off? Some reviews are good, some are bad, what am I getting? I received this scope on time, and right out of the box (like a kid on Christmas) I excitedly attached it to my WASR-10 7.63X39 AK 47. It fit right on, no pushing tweaking forcing or effort, it just slid right on like it was a original part of the gun. I was thrilled. It latched on tightly with the lever and held like a rock. Then popped it back off, and on, and off, and on a bunch of times and was amazed how easy it was and how good it latched on. The lever is not flimsy, as some say, not at all (cant see where they got that from). I was impressed, all of my scopes and red dots fit it, both picatinny and weaver. So the real test, took it to the range, fired for 2 hrs, till my gun was too hot to touch! It kept its zero just fine, thing holds like a champ. Next time to the range, still held zero, took it off, popped it back on,...

Great product!
The first thing I do when I receive a product is scrutinize it and do my best to break it. Since I got this rail I have put it on several different weapons with variations in side rails; it fit everyone of them perfectly with minor adjustments that could be done by a blind monkey. It is easy and quick to mount. It sits nicely above the receiver and stays out of the way of all necessary equipment. It is quick and easy to take off - just in case you have optics failure and need to switch back to iron sights. The best thing I can say about this mount is that, after hastily removing it and reattaching (as may be needed in a tactical situation) the mounted optics and sight retained "0" position. Even after "bump-firing" the weapon, the mount maintained its integrity without loosening. I highly recommend this product. It is not only affordable, but reliable and well built. It is practical for both professional and recreational use. The seller was also superb. Great job UTG and Amazon!

Works great, quick and easy to install or remove
Fits my Romanian Cugir WASR 10/63 AK-47 with a side-mount scope rail just fine. Was super easy to install and remove, and I didn't even need to adjust the tension screw out of the box. It doesn't budge when locked in place but is quick to unlock and remove when desired. I will buy more for my other AK-47s in the future.
