I decided to review this item since other reviewer's comments have previously been so helpful.Yes, it does everything it is supposed to do. I checked against known weights for letters,packages and books and it was very accurate. It is easy to use and operates with the adapter orbattery, which was included. BTW, a replacement battery (9 volt) is about $4.00 at most stores.You just place an item on the scale then in about 1-2 seconds it weighs and beeps. The weightappears on the LED face, so just lift off the item and use the number for packaging reference.You can also push the tare button and add item to get its weight. For my needs, I just found thathaving the calculated weight on the front in a big LED and a beep to tell you the weight is calculatedspeeds up the process: fewer times pushing buttons and glancing to get the info. You can change the modeto Kg.. That does come in handy for weighing items going...

Scale seems to be pretty accurate. Can be battery operated, so you don't need to be near an outlet. Also, has an automatic shutoff...and saves the weight on the screen so you can view the weight once the package is removed. Has come in handy so far!

The straight DOPE
Dope is one of the remnants of the nu-metal apocalyptic ruins, managing to survive with their sleaze-rock swagger/industrial thunderstorm hybrid and an overdose of attitude, and that never goes out of style. Their sonic dream was refined with "American Apathy" but that release had too many throwaway tracks amongst the standouts. With "No Regrets," the sound and fury is catastrophic and there is not a trace of filler to be found.This is an angry album, at times approaching the rabid foam-flecked savagery of Lamb of God, and sometimes it's f&%$ you punk ala SUM 41. Plenty of sex, booze, and profanity- classic Dope. But the technical aspects are also amped up. The trademark descending/ascending scales and thrashy/double-bass onslaught drum style are still getting heavy use, as are synthesized vocal and instrumental effects, but there are plenty of riffs, chops, and solos that would raise eyebrows even if found on today's neo-shredding metal champion's albums. Excellent. Deep, inspiring house music. If you are not motivated to dance by this music, start checking out grave plots. Nice mixture of horns and vocals, all of it laid out over percussion for the soul(and your feet). Even if you are completely sick of "The bomb"(I for one am not), it is a worthy purchase.

This Cd is The BOMB!
This cd is a House album with 70's style funky music, and vocals.The title track "the bomb" is just awsome. It was a disco hit back when it came out. Nowadays this is just a 1 hit wonder, eve if the whole cd is awsome.This cd could easily be Daft Punk's third album (for their first was 90's style and their second 80's style).This cd makes me bounce and bop every time i put it on. If you do not find yourself dancing a few minutes into the first song, then you gotta check your head, for something maybe wrong in your motrice system.If you like house music, funk, and dancing, this is a cd you will definetively enjoy!

As legend has it, Kenny Dope Gonzalez came up with the idea for the Bucketheads while riding through Manhattan and listening to the radio. The Brooklyn-born DJ, already a New York house music star thanks to his production and remix work with Little Louie Vega (as Masters at Work), was unimpressed by the Euro-flavored dance records that were getting rotation and started digging in his own collection for the antidote to the tepid tracks coming from overseas. The result was the Bucketheads, an infectious blend of hip-hop, disco, funk and house influences that, like anything Kenny touches musically, simply could not miss. The single "The Bomb (These Sounds Fall into My Mind)" became an inescapable dance floor staple upon its release in summer 1995, dominating club rotations in the U.S. and scaling the charts across Europe, entering the Top 10 in the UK, France and Belgium. The song, along with follow-up single "Got Myself Together," formed the centerpiece for the album All in My Mind, which would become a significant influence on dance music during the second half of the 1990s and into the next decade. If you're a fan of BT Express, Brass Construction, Fatback Band, the JBs, KC & the Sunshine Band, etc., then you'll like this CD. The sound is more electronic than the 70's bands mentioned above, but it's good to know that good funky dance music is still being put out. Another good choice is the CFM band on Instinct Records, for some hard core acid-jazz funk.
