I also made the unfortunate mistake of buying this watch at an after-Thanksgiving day department store promo, with the added benefit of long lines and $100 more to the price. SO Perfect for any size wrist
I got this watch for Mother's Day, with my initials engraved into the back of the dial -- I was so pleased. It's beautiful, the diamonds are just enough, the size is right between too small and too big making it the PERFECT size.I laughed when I went to a local jewlery store and the woman asked if I had bought it there. She further stated it was on "sale" for $469.00, 30.00 off the original price. I smiled and told her we hadn't even paid $270.00, we saved over 200.00 off their sale price. If you want this watch BUY it, you will not find it any lower the $374.00 a sale price offered by a major department store.

Great watch Great value
This is a great watch for the money. I recently saw it in a department store selling for $200 more. Keep in mind that although it is a ladies watch, it is oversized. GREAT deal!! Looks like more than what it even retails for.

I Love It!
I ordered this as a gold box special. For 179.00, I am very pleased with my purchase. The mother of pearl face is far nicer in person, and the picture on the website does not do this watch justice. Yes, as the other reviewers noted, the diamonds are very, very small. However, it is just enough bling to accentuate this piece. The chronograph functions work great, and my jeweler sized the watch for me free of charge and noted this was a great price for this watch. Also, the extended warranty offered to amazon customers, a 35.00 value, gives you a total of a 5 year warranty. Overall, I am very pleased.

Great looking and heavy chronograph watch. Diamonds are almost invisible, but still a great value.
I was very happy when I opened the package and saw this watch. The words that come to mind when describing this timepiece are handsome, solid, beautiful. It is a chronograph and therefore it has the size and heft of a chronograph. The ladies model is fairly big when compared to the more delicate jewelery watches available for ladies.To give you an idea of the size, the dial is about 1.5 inches across (the middle glass section is a tiny bit bigger than a quarter + the bezel). The strap is also wide at little more than half an inch (5/8"). The model number is #4718 which is the stainless steel watch with a mix of stainless brushed and polished finish just like the picture. (The #4719 mentioned by another reviewer is the two tone stainless and gold model.) The case of this watch is thick too, just over 1 cm (7/16") so don't go for this watch if you are looking for a slimmer and lighter watch. In fact, the picture made this watch look more delicate than it is in person...

Tag Heuer fan loves this beautiful watch
This Bulova #96R134 is really beautiful in person and can be dressed up or down. My other watch is a Tag Heuer Aquaracer with a diamond bezel and this Bulova holds its own next to it! I actually chose the Bulova 96R19 first after seeing it in a department store but being the researcher that I am, I discovered this newer 96R134 model and I liked it more for the slightly larger bezel and shaded gray face, especially for the same price. The gray in the face does not look as prominent in person as it does in the close up pictures. It's very subtle and give the watch an slight shimmer look. I have added pictures of this watch on my 6" wrist (probably smaller than the average ladies' wrist size) and some comparison pictures next to the very popular Bulova 96R19. For a watch in this price range, you cannot go wrong with this Bulova. I am very happy with my choice.

This watch retails for over $500 at department stores- ENOUGH SAID!!! You will not find a better deal on this watch. And the number of diamonds IS correct- they are just small and easy to look over. Great looking modern watch. Real diamonds! It is a bit larger than a regular women's watch, but that's exactly what we were looking for: a watch that will stand out! Two extra leather bands are a nice addition too! Very happy with this watch!
