Customer Review
Uncracked and shiny
When I received the bamboo, I was nervous whether it would be in good shape and untracked. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. The bamboo came as advertised and was delicately wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard, then placed in the box. It definitely met my expectations and really has pulled the room together (I have it in a large vase I found at HomeGoods).

good buy
So, my intention on getting bamboo poles was to make survial walking sticks with them. I wanted something that had a natural look but was still sturdy, light and strong. I also wanted something hollow (or something I could hollow out) so I could add a survival cache inside the staff. I was really impressed with these poles. I got the burnt oak color and they are absolutely beautiful. I didn't want plain looking dried out yellow bamboo, but I was a little worried the color would look too fake.....but I was very pleased. I can't speak for the other colors, but the burnt oak is beautiful and looks very natural. I was also impressed with how strong this stuff is! I would gladly choose one of these over a baseball bat in a fight. If I had to nit pick.....each pole is unique and no where near perfectly straight. Also, I found small blots of what looks like red paint here and there on some of the poles....but for the most part you really don't notice unless your really looking...
